Headteacher Consultation
Supporting Headteachers to address the issues they are facing with challenging behaviour to practically enforce the change they want to create in their schools.
School staff support
I support, shadow, coach & advise teachers and support staff without judgement or criticism, always building trusting relationships..
Mindset mentoring
I am an experienced mentor, providing advice and tools to support positive shifts in mindset to develop positive mental health & wellbeing.
Leadership Support
I provide leadership support for Headteachers to alleviate the pressures they are under and support their own mental health and wellbeing.
Children & young people
I work directly with children, young people and adults to give them the tools they need to create positive changes. Always role modelling & leading by example.
Mindset mentoring
I am an experienced mentor, providing advice and tools to support positive shifts in mindset to develop positive mental health & wellbeing.
Parent & carer support
I consult with parents and carers privately and through schools to support the change they want to create at home, in school and in day to day life.
Process improvement
I review performance, culture & processes to create practical systems and structures to promote change. I implement by training & coaching teachers & staff.

I am a catalyst for change. I listen to you, I hear you, I work with you using my specific skills, knowledge and experiences, and I leave you with the tools that you need.
The Empowerment Programme is fully focused on personal development, designed to equip young people with essential life skills that aren't typically covered in school. Through engaging, interactive modules, students will learn how to take control of their mind, body, and emotions, giving them the confidence to navigate life’s challenges. From brain fitness and stress management to mastering sleep, nutrition, and emotional resilience, the programme helps participants build a stronger relationship with themselves and their future.

What does personal development mean?

The Empowerment Programme covers key aspects of personal growth, with a focus on the important connection between physiology and psychology. Understanding how the breath, heart, and brain work together is key to building self-awareness and managing both physical and mental health.
