The biggest challenge for senior leaders and teachers is meeting the needs of the children in their school academically AND emotionally.

The job has changed, needs have changed.  School practitioners are required to do more than educate - they have to be medics, social workers, psychologists, support workers, behaviour specialists, experts in social and emotional development.

HOW IT WORKS...

You get a LOT from just one day.

As soon as you book in, you're sent a consultation questionnaire to fill in before I arrive.  This gives me everything I need to know to be able to come in to your school already knowing you, the culture, your priorities and your challenges. 

​

We start the day clarifying the brief and together, we identify where you are now and where you want to be. 

​

Using observation, discussion, consultation to delve into the detail around the current priorities of the school, the strategies currently being used and any key areas of focus (this is often individual children having specific difficulties or specific cohorts that are particularly unsettled and displaying behaviours hat are challenging.  

​

With this, I get what I need to form the best plan for you. 

​

It's an analytical approach with a human touch.

 

The result?

Alongside 'on-the-go' coaching during the day, you'll get a report giving you clear recommendations, insights & next steps.  You'll feel clear on how to bridge the gaps, and confident that it can happen.

The report not only pulls together the findings from the day, but also provides tailored strategies for identified areas and offers quick-win and long term positive behaviour recommendations.
